Paul Decelle

Paul was a butcher at Walker’s Market, volunteer for the Stowe Fire Department, owner of DeCelles Market, Postmaster of the Moscow Post Office and long-time supporter of the Stowe Horse Show. Paul became the honorary mayor of Moscow and was a great storyteller, loving to share Vermont stories, along with the history of Stowe, to all of his patrons who visited.
